Store Manager - Spencer's

Overview

Spencer's is seeking a dedicated Store Manager responsible for delivering excellent Guest Services and managing all facets of store operations to optimize sales and profitability. This position entails oversight of merchandising, inventory, expense control, shrinkage, and human resources within company guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits

The role offers an hourly wage ranging from $20.73 to $20.98, determined by experience and qualifications. Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Maintain high standards of Guest Services and compliance with company policies.
• Control expenses and minimize shrinkage through effective inventory and loss prevention management.
• Handle human resource activities, including staff supervision and performance management.
• Oversee merchandising strategies and inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for over eight hours daily.
• Previous retail management experience is mandatory.
