About the Role
As a Store Manager at FENDI, you will be the face of the brand, embodying its heritage while driving superior sales and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect FENDI's values of craftsmanship, material quality, and creativity. You will ensure all operational and service standards represent the pinnacle of luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and achieve store performance targets through monitoring relevant KPIs.
- Support sales activities by actively participating in the selling process.
- Analyze business trends and devise strategic action plans to drive sales across product categories.
- Lead and motivate sales staff by setting individual and team objectives aligned with performance metrics.
- Stay informed of local market dynamics and competitor activities affecting sales.
- Ensure team compliance with company procedures related to operations and inventory management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service quality, exceeding client expectations consistently.
- Build and nurture a loyal customer base using CRM tools and organize in-store events.
- Represent the FENDI brand by cultivating VIP client relationships.
- Improve Mystery Shopper scores by implementing targeted improvement plans.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages motivation and harmonious staff relations.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to recruit qualified candidates matching store requirements.
- Identify training needs for team development and coordinate with HR for talent growth.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and operation reports aligned with corporate KPIs and policies.
- Uphold FENDI's standards consistently across customer service, visual merchandising, stock control, and administrative operations.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
- At least 5 to 7 years managing a retail luxury business in a premier location.
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong selling and communication capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with independence, friendliness, and patience.
- Proven leadership qualities with confidence, organizational ability, and professionalism.
- Strong customer-centric focus with a results-driven approach and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
- Keen interest and knowledge in the fashion and luxury sectors.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
