We seek a dedicated Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Abhā, Saudi Arabia. This role emphasizes driving sales results, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing staff development. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and implement sales targets aimed at boosting store profitability.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate the productivity and performance of store personnel.
- Ensure the store maintains a tidy and appealing appearance at all times.
- Manage inventory and oversee daily store operations efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school education or an equivalent level of experience.
- More than five years of proven experience in store management roles.
- A customer-oriented mindset paired with a constructive and positive attitude.
