Job description
Overview
Seeking a seasoned, well-organized, and goal-oriented Store Manager to manage daily retail store functions, control inventory, and lead the store team effectively in Mohali. Candidates should possess an extensive retail experience, possess excellent customer service capabilities, and keep store operations seamless.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store activities including opening and closing routines while upholding high standards in merchandising and store presentation.
- Administer inventory processes such as material handling, stock documentation, and routine stock audits to minimize shrinkage and maintain adequate product availability.
- Lead and motivate store employees to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer support.
- Handle customer queries, efficiently resolve feedback, and maintain a friendly shopping atmosphere.
- Keep daily sales data, operational documentation, and comply with store policies along with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Prior demonstrated experience in roles like Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or senior positions in retail operations.
- Female candidates preferred, ideally aged between 18 and 35 years.
- Applicants living in or near Mohali will be favored.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for inventory accuracy and store record keeping.
- Capable of running day-to-day store activities independently and performing well under pressure.
Compensation
Monthly salary range from 15000 to 25000 INR.
