The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining high service standards. They lead and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists to achieve operational excellence and foster positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all daily store activities to ensure smooth operation and strong sales performance.
  • Lead, develop, and coordinate a team comprising retail and trade professionals to meet and exceed targets.
  • Maintain and uphold financial management practices and operational standards beyond expectations.
  • Inspire and support team members to realize their full potential.
  • Deliver genuine customer service by creating memorable and impactful interactions.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and management skills, serving as a brand ambassador with solid community, team, and customer relations.
  • Prioritize safety as a leader, striving to provide the safest working environment for everyone involved.
  • Promote and cultivate a culture of safety by emphasizing safety-first principles, ensuring all team members and customers return home safely.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Experience in supervisory, leadership, or management roles is essential.
  • Proven ability to motivate a team and drive measurable results.
  • Experience in dual-format operations, including multi-network retail, sales, wholesale, and/or workshop environments is advantageous.
  • Constant awareness and adherence to workplace safety standards.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers to create meaningful engagement.
  • A solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Competent computer skills to manage store operations and reporting.
  • A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to lift, bend, and climb as part of daily tasks.
