Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Store Manager to lead our Queenstown TouchLab retail location. This position requires an adventurous sales-driven leader ready to manage and inspire a team to exceed sales goals while fostering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Create an engaging retail environment through effective management and visual merchandising.
- Oversee stock management to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Manage relationships with customers and team members ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
- Make sound decisions to drive business success and growth.
Requirements
- A strong determination and grit to consistently meet sales objectives.
- Experience in inspiring and training retail teams to be high-performing sales personnel.
- Familiarity with New Zealand retail landscape and customer behaviors.
- Proven ability in relationship management and communication.
- A passion for apparel with an eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Effective stock control and management skills.
- Positive attitude with a good sense of humor contributing to a fun work environment.
- Availability to work 40 hours weekly including one weekend day.
