Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will be accountable for the day-to-day management of a single Panda Express location. Your responsibilities include hiring, leading, and directing associates to achieve financial targets and ensure outstanding guest experiences. Success in this role means making your store thrive operations-wise and customer-wise.

Training and Support

To prepare you for success, we offer an extensive paid store leadership training program lasting at least eight weeks, alongside mentorship and ongoing support from our Panda community.

• Competitive pay between $33 and $36 per hour, influenced by factors such as location and experience.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Availability to relocate within a 50-mile radius of current residence if necessary.
• Flexible work schedule including opening and closing shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays based on business requirements.
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe).
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks: lift up to 50 pounds, stand for prolonged periods (up to four hours), work in hot and noisy environments, and use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Effective verbal communication, adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced workplace, and proficiency in managing conflicts and difficult situations.
