About the Role
Join one of Europe's fastest-growing retail companies as a Store Manager. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the store team in collaboration with the Deputy Store Manager.
- Oversee store operations including ordering processes, adherence to presentation standards, and daily tasks.
- Hold responsibility for personnel management, including creating work schedules and fostering employee growth.
- Conduct recruitment activities to build and maintain your store team.
- Engage regularly with Regional Management to review performance and discuss store development.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, preferably with prior experience in a comparable retail management role.
- Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Effective communication skills to motivate and develop the store team through constructive feedback.
- Availability to work 40 hours weekly across 5 days, including frequent weekend and evening shifts.
- Willingness to participate in an intensive eight-week induction period at one of our trainer stores in Germany.
