Store Manager (m/w/d)

About the Role

KHUN PON - Fightwear & Equipment is Germany's first specialty store for martial arts gear. We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Berlin location to oversee daily operations, lead and inspire the team, and actively contribute to the store's financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the Berlin branch.
• Plan staffing schedules, organize the team, and maintain seamless store operations.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, cash management, and provide excellent customer service.
• Lead your team with clarity, fairness, and motivation while also contributing directly to day-to-day tasks.
• Identify areas for improvement and proactively develop processes, service quality, and sales strategies.
• Collaborate on organizing events, promotions, and local marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in retail, with some leadership experience preferred.
• Vocational training in retail or a comparable qualification is advantageous.
• Structured, self-driven, and entrepreneurial approach to work.
• Confident demeanor, team-oriented, and enjoys interacting with customers.
• Ability to remain composed and solution-focused under pressure.
• Interest in martial arts, fitness, or sporting goods is highly valued.
