The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the store's operations, encompassing sales, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Manage high footfall, achieve above-average sales per square meter, and maintain a high turnover of goods.
- Create impactful merchandising displays that are both visually appealing and commercially effective.
- Maintain oversight of stock levels and manage smart reorder processes.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience with a focus on maximizing "experience per square meter" as a key performance indicator.
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team with dedication and energy.
- Analyze KPIs such as foot traffic, average transaction value, and conversion rates; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all internal standards and external regulations.
- Embrace the challenges of retail with passion and commitment, acknowledging the responsibilities that come with the Store Manager role.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in store or team management, preferably in an international and fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong expertise in KPI tracking and budget management.
- Proven leadership abilities to inspire and engage teams.
- Practical, hands-on approach and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in German and English languages.
Desirable Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in the toy industry or retail segments related to pop culture.
- Knowledge of the European retail market.
- Interest or understanding of designer toys, art toys, or collectibles.
