Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager responsible for leading team efforts to maximize store profitability through effective talent management, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate acts with urgency, strives for results, and builds high-performing teams that achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance beyond financial targets.

- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and accurate pricing.

Additional Information
The salary range is anticipated to be between $70,000 and $88,320, depending on location, skills, knowledge, education, and experience. The role is eligible for quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Participation in the company 401k plan is available to eligible associates. Paid time off accruals can reach up to 200 hours annually, covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, alongside up to 80 hours of paid sick leave annually, subject to local laws.
Work schedules are respectfully managed to cover store operating hours from 6am to 10pm.
