Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations including inventory availability and staff scheduling.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of around 100 employees.
• Ensure an appealing store appearance together with your team to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Monitor financial and operational metrics to derive strategic initiatives supporting long-term business success.
• Guarantee the highest quality fresh products as a hallmark of your store.
