Key Responsibilities

• Oversee store management with a focus on business performance and lead the sales team to meet revenue goals.
• Act as a fashion authority and brand ambassador, understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service and style advice.
• Lead, train, and inspire the sales team, including onboarding new team members.
• Manage staff scheduling and leave planning effectively.
• Maintain attractive presentation of Closed collections on the sales floor.
• Support the team in achieving store sales targets.
• Carry out operational tasks such as cash management, handling deliveries, inventory control, and visual merchandising.

Candidate Profile

• Several years of retail experience, preferably within the apparel industry.
• Proven skills in team leadership and motivation.
• Strong organizational and structured working approach.
• Continuous acquisition of product knowledge and strong identification with the Closed brand.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
