Key Responsibilities

Take charge of daily store operations by forming and nurturing an excellent team, providing clear direction, and fostering a workplace where individuals can thrive. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching staff, managing merchandising, and handling payroll. Collaborate closely with District and Regional Managers to explore growth opportunities, improvements, and to recognize achievements.
