Store Manager

Overview

Join Toolstation in Farnborough as a Store Manager working 40 hours per week. Our stores operate from 7 AM to 8 PM, so flexibility for early starts and late finishes is essential. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch operations ensuring outstanding customer service and sales delivered through exceptional team performance.
• Be actively involved in daily store tasks such as serving customers, checking and unpacking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, stocking shelves, cleaning, and opening/closing the store.
• Foster a positive work environment by motivating and coaching staff, promoting a culture of feedback, recognition, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong team relationships and support employee development to facilitate future business growth and succession planning.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and product availability, creating an enjoyable workplace that attracts and retains talent.
