About The Role
The Body Shop Australia is seeking a passionate and motivational Store Manager for their Doncaster location. This role requires a leader who passionately represents the brand and is committed to delivering retail excellence, driving strong sales, and creating memorable customer experiences in the beauty retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team to build a customer-centric atmosphere that embodies the brand values.
- Achieve and manage sales targets and overall store performance through strategic planning and organization.
- Oversee stock management and efficiently handle operational changes within the store environment.
- Maintain an expert understanding of the beauty industry, including market trends and competitor activities.
- Communicate effectively and manage the team to ensure alignment with store objectives, fostering a flexible and responsible workplace.
Working Hours and Compensation
- 38 hours per week, working five days from Tuesday to Saturday, including one late night shift.
- Annual salary of $70,266, aligned with the store's grading.
