Store Manager

About the Role

Based in Whitewater Shopping Centre, Newbridge, County Kildare, this permanent part-time position involves working 38.75 hours per week with a salary of up to €39,900 annually, depending on experience. As a Store Manager, you will guide your team to provide outstanding customer service, achieve business goals, and cultivate a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
• Promote a learning and wellness culture by coaching team members and enhancing their health expertise through the Qualified to Advise training program, which you will also participate in.
• Manage sales, profit margins, staff payroll, and ensure operational excellence within the store.
• Maintain stock levels, oversee visual merchandising, and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Leverage technology to boost operational effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers and fellow store leaders to exchange best practices and drive regional success.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in managing retail teams and store operations effectively.
• Strong leadership with an ability to nurture and evolve team performance.
• Commercial acumen with confidence in managing budget, sales targets, and priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills focusing on customer-centered service delivery.
• Genuine interest in health and wellness, eager to expand personal knowledge and skills.
