About the Role
Join us as a Store Manager where you will lead a welcoming coffeehouse environment that fosters connection and joy with every cup served. In this leadership role, you guide a team to ensure the creation of memorable customer experiences and foster a sense of community within the store. This position also focuses on your personal and professional growth supported by industry-leading benefits and development opportunities.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Manage day-to-day retail operations, creating an inviting atmosphere for both customers and team members.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team with professionalism and strong leadership capabilities.
- Apply strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to drive sales and operational excellence.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-driven environment.
- Have a minimum of three years’ experience in retail or customer service management, or alternatively, four or more years of U.S. military service.
- Hold at least a High School diploma or GED certificate.
- Be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and able to provide documentation confirming employment eligibility.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule that regularly exceeds 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
