About the Role

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Manage day-to-day retail operations, creating an inviting atmosphere for both customers and team members.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team with professionalism and strong leadership capabilities.
• Apply strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to drive sales and operational excellence.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Have a minimum of three years’ experience in retail or customer service management, or alternatively, four or more years of U.S. military service.
• Hold at least a High School diploma or GED certificate.
• Be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and able to provide documentation confirming employment eligibility.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule that regularly exceeds 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
