About The Role

Join the BWS team as a Store Manager at the Wintersun Drive location, where you will lead a passionate and dynamic local community store. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a store team to excel in meeting goals, utilizing both company programs and your proactive initiative.
• Champion a customer-focused and safety-conscious environment that embraces ongoing improvement.
• Manage daily operations including inventory control, housekeeping, and team delegation with a sharp focus on sales targets and budget achievement.
• Create an exceptional experience for customers and staff by fostering a lively and inclusive atmosphere.
• Identify business growth prospects and ensure alignment with company objectives and KPIs.
• Adhere strictly to alcohol service regulations.
• Customize the store’s presentation and local activities to engage customers and the community effectively.

About You

• Possess a minimum of three years’ management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams ranging from 5 to 10 members.
• Demonstrate a talent for crafting a vibrant, positive culture and a winning team spirit.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a drive to deliver exceptional results for the community and your team.
• Bring experience from fast-paced retail or hospitality environments, adopting collaborative problem-solving approaches.
• Lead by example, inspiring and guiding your team consistently.
