Join BWS Maitland as a Store Manager and become part of Australia's largest local bottle shop network with over 1,450 stores and 10,000+ team members. Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and develop your team to meet their targets and optimize performance through business programs and personal initiative.

- Manage daily operations including inventory oversight, store maintenance, and team supervision, concentrating on boosting sales and meeting financial goals.

- Ensure compliance with service of alcohol regulations.
- Customize your store’s presentation and community engagement to inspire both customers and locals.
