Role Overview

As a Store Manager at Keventers in Hyderabad, you will oversee daily operations to maintain efficient store performance while meeting sales goals. Your leadership will ensure exceptional customer service, staff management, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily functions of the store ensuring seamless operations.
• Meet or surpass monthly sales and revenue objectives.
• Oversee store expenditures, reduce wastage, and control inventory costs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold satisfaction standards.
• Train, mentor, and supervise store employees to enhance performance.
• Create staff schedules to ensure sufficient manpower especially during busy periods.
• Maintain Keventers' benchmarks for product quality, visual presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking activities.
• Perform regular stock audits to minimize loss from wastage or theft.
• Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene guidelines, and company policies.
• Address and professionally resolve customer complaints.
• Manage cash flow, billing processes, daily collections, and closing routines.
• Analyze sales data daily and weekly to implement necessary improvements.
• Work collaboratively with operations, supply chain, and management teams.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of store premises, equipment, and customer spaces.
• Execute company promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives effectively.
• Keep detailed and accurate operational documentation and reporting.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is between 20,000 and 23,000 INR.
