Role Overview
Under the supervision of the Retail Manager, you will oversee the daily functions of the store to ensure profitable and efficient operations alongside exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will encompass sales and profit goal achievement, inventory control, merchandising, staff mentoring and development, paint tinting, and general maintenance of the store environment.
Your enthusiasm for the role will be essential in motivating the team to reach their objectives, engaging customers with the full product range, and offering professional technical advice tailored to customers’ needs.
This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours per week located at our Woollahra Porter Paint Store in New South Wales. Availability from Monday to Friday, as well as every alternate Saturday morning according to a rotating schedule, is necessary.

Candidate Profile
- Formal training in colour and design or extensive industry experience in paint products
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities
- History of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service standards
- Dependable with excellent communication skills
- Physically able to handle lifting paint containers up to 25 kg
