Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations including workforce scheduling, inventory control, and active supervision of sales and budget performance.
- Lead and continuously develop the retail team, fostering growth and productivity.
- Train new staff members and oversee development of apprentices.
- Support the team during store openings and stocktaking activities.
- Ensure the merchandise is attractively presented at all times.
- Prepare and coordinate stock transfers.
- Handle price labeling, markdowns, and periodic inventory processes.
- Serve as the central contact person for administration and sales management.
Qualifications and Profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally within retail, although career changers are welcome.
- Multiple years of retail experience.
- Preferably prior leadership experience.
- Training certification for trainers is an advantage.
