Store Manager

About the Role

Navam International is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations of their jewellery showroom located in Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat. This role requires managing showroom processes smoothly, leading sales teams, maintaining inventory, and driving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the showroom to ensure efficient operations.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and enhance showroom performance.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage escalations professionally.
• Maintain jewellery inventory, keep accurate stock records, and perform stock reconciliation.
• Ensure proper product display, security arrangements, and handling protocols are followed.
• Monitor employee attendance, grooming standards, discipline, and overall performance.
• Verify billing accuracy and collaborate with the accounts department as needed.
• Develop strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
• Prepare and submit daily sales performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications

• Possess 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in managing stores or showrooms.
• Experience in the jewellery or retail sector is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and communication capabilities.
• Proficient in customer service and handling client interactions.
• Knowledgeable in sales strategies, inventory control, and billing procedures.
• Capable of achieving targets and effectively managing a team.
• Good organizational aptitude and problem-solving skills.
