Store Manager at LEGAMI - Berlin

Role Overview

We are looking for a Store Manager to take full responsibility for our new LEGAMI boutique located in the ALEXA shopping center, Berlin. Join us in building lasting success with a focus on leadership, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, inspire, and develop the store team through a positive and appreciative leadership style.
• Serve as a role model and brand ambassador to ensure outstanding customer experience aligned with LEGAMI values.
• Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, vacation planning, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Participate actively in recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of new team members.
• Monitor vital sales performance metrics and take responsibility for achieving revenue and sales targets.
• Ensure appealing merchandise presentation following visual merchandising guidelines and maintain efficient inventory organization.
• Closely control stock levels, conduct inventories, and manage incoming deliveries.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in retail management.
• Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for sales.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities with a structured approach to work.
• Proficient use of digital tools such as POS systems, Excel, OneDrive, and online meeting platforms.
• Fluent in German, good command of English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in shifts including Saturdays, and when necessary on Sundays and public holidays.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of solving problems independently.
• Attention to detail and a positive demeanor combined with strong team spirit.
