Key Responsibilities

• Sharing responsibility for all operational aspects of the shop
• Collaborating with the team to create an outstanding shopping experience for customers
• Coordinating daily store operations in consultation with the Shop Manager
• Maintaining a continual focus on the overall commercial results
• Assisting the Shop Manager in various tasks
• Inspiring and motivating the team

Qualifications & Requirements

• Completion of a solid commercial/vocational training
• A strong affinity for numbers and good commercial acumen
• Great interest in fashion and a keen fashion sense
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
