About the Role
Panda Express is seeking motivated leaders to join our team as Store Managers. This position involves full responsibility for the operations of an individual restaurant location, including staff hiring, leadership, and achieving financial and customer service goals. We prioritize your growth by offering paid training programs, mentorship, and community support to help you succeed.
Key Duties
- Oversee daily store operations to meet and exceed financial targets
- Recruit, manage, and lead associates ensuring outstanding guest experiences
- Attend an 8+ week comprehensive leadership training program to prepare for success
- Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications & Requirements
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to transfer to any store within a 50-mile radius
- Availability for varied shift schedules based on business demands
- Food Safety certification such as Serve Safe
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced, noisy kitchen environment
