Job Overview
The role involves overseeing food and beverage operations ensuring they stay within budgetary limits while maintaining exceptional quality and service standards. The manager will lead the F&B team through recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to enhance team capabilities and overall service delivery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Accountable for all food and beverage operations to guarantee an outstanding guest experience.
- Plan, forecast, and manage all orders related to food and beverages efficiently.
- Supervise staffing levels and financial aspects tied to F&B to optimize revenue and sales.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Proficient with computer software including Microsoft Office and restaurant management applications.

Compensation
