Panda Express is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our store leadership team. Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location. Your duties will encompass recruiting, managing, and guiding associates to meet financial objectives and guarantee outstanding customer experiences. Your leadership will be pivotal to the store’s success.

Training

To equip you for excellence, an extensive store leadership training program lasting eight or more weeks will be provided.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma
• Willingness to relocate to any store within a 50-mile radius from your current home
• Availability to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays aligned with business demands
• Current Serve Safe food safety certification

Work Environment and Physical Requirements (ADA Statement)

The role involves working in a kitchen environment where counter areas are frequently hot due to steam and food vapors. Workspace can be confined, requiring employees to stand for extended durations. Tasks include preparation of hot and cold foods, using Chinese cook knives and other kitchen tools swiftly and accurately. Employees must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing up to four hours consecutively, and reaching across counters approximately 36 inches in height. Workspaces tend to be noisy with limited storage and high shelving. Candidates must demonstrate adaptability in a fast-moving environment, excellent verbal communication skills, and effective conflict management abilities.
