Key Responsibilities
Lead daily store operations by cultivating an excellent team, providing clear guidance, and establishing a workplace conducive to personal and professional growth. Own all elements from recruitment and coaching to merchandising and payroll management. Collaborate closely with District and Regional Managers to pursue continuous store improvements and acknowledge achievements.
