About the Company
Team Gladiators Co. is a rapidly expanding retail and distribution enterprise specializing in natural health and wellness products. They collaborate with Wellwith, a distinguished brand renowned for Himalayan Sea Buckthorn–based items.
Job Location and Work Schedule
This role is based at the Wellwith Store in Marathahalli, Bangalore. The position requires working six days per week, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and English is preferred.
Role Overview
The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain inventory accuracy, and stimulate sales growth at the Marathahalli outlet.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day functioning of the store.
- Engage with customers professionally and address their complaints effectively.
- Provide training, guidance, and supervision to store employees.
- Foster customer loyalty and promote repeat visits.
- Develop and implement sales improvement strategies while monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
- Enhance the average order value by employing upselling, cross-selling, bundling, and tailored recommendations.
- Make between 100 and 150 connected phone calls daily to online leads during periods of low foot traffic.
- Oversee inventory control, merchandising, and overall store presentation standards.
- Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and customer service departments for smooth store operations.
- Ensure adherence to statutory, safety, and organizational compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales figures, customer traffic, lead conversion rates, average order value, and revenue.
Qualification and Experience
- Applicants should hold at least an undergraduate or graduate degree in any discipline.
- Preference given to candidates with minimum one year of retail experience; however, well-communicating fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with billing software is advantageous.
