Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to boost revenue.
• Lead, train, and inspire the sales team to maximize performance.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage client relationships effectively.
• Manage inventory of jewellery, conduct stock audits, and optimize product displays.
• Supervise billing processes, cash handling, and prepare daily sales reports.
• Execute promotional activities and implement company marketing strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of 92.5 sterling silver jewellery.
• Ensure the store is clean, secure, and visually appealing through effective merchandising.

Candidate Requirements
