Store Incharge

Role Overview

The Store Incharge will be tasked with comprehensive management of stock and supplies within the workshop environment. This includes regular monitoring, procurement, and maintenance of various materials and tools, ensuring smooth operational workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update the Daily Stock Report, ensuring timely reorder of materials with low inventory.
• Distribute the daily stock status report to the designated reporting authority through email.
• Create Purchase Orders (POs) and procure necessary supplies to meet workshop requirements effectively.
• Maintain inventory for gas bottles such as Oxygen, CO2, LPG, and Argon.
• Oversee the upkeep of all items including power tools, oils, cotton waste, bearings, kerosene, tools, cutters, tap sets, machine maintenance components, cutter repairs, and instrument repairs.
• Coordinate with electricians and plumbers as required to support workshop operations.
• Be prepared to undertake external tasks as assigned by the company.
• Ensure the First Aid kit is well-stocked and maintained within the store.
• Receive Goods Received Notes (GRN) and accurately input them into SAP and ERP systems.
• Maintain the store's organization and cleanliness adhering to the 5S methodology, including meticulous record keeping and filing.

Compensation

Monthly salary range is ₹25,000 to ₹30,000.
