Store Incharge

About the Role

We are looking for a diligent Store Incharge to oversee daily operations at Trooms (Kids). This role involves managing stock efficiently and ensuring smooth functioning of the store.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily store functions and operations.
• Receive, verify, count, and arrange merchandise properly.
• Maintain comprehensive inventory and stock documentation.
• Monitor stock quantities and ensure timely restocking as needed.
• Perform routine stock audits and inventory verifications.
• Identify and document damaged, missing, or surplus stock items.
• Ensure the store is organized and clean at all times.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to stock management.
• Adhere strictly to company standard operating procedures and store guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or store operations.
• Experience in kidswear, fashion, apparel, or retail sectors is beneficial.
• Basic computer skills, especially familiarity with MS Excel.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Highly responsible, organized, and detail-conscious.

Additional Information

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 per month
Location: Multiple locations in Surat, Gujarat
