Job Overview

As a Store Incharge at Ace Carbo Nitriders located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management and store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished goods stock.
• Supervise the proper receipt of materials and ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to production areas.
• Keep detailed, current records of inventory movements and stock status.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and other relevant departments to guarantee timely material availability.
• Organize and maintain efficient storage and distribution of materials within the store premises.
• Enforce adherence to quality control standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Housekeeping (GHK) protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and security regulations within the store environment.
• Lead, supervise, and train store employees by assigning tasks and managing their performance.
• Generate regular reports regarding inventory levels, stock status, and overall store effectiveness as required.
