Store Grocery Merchandiser

Overview

Town Pump is seeking an energetic and outgoing Store Grocery Merchandiser to join our team in Browning, MT. As a fast-growing company, we provide many opportunities for career advancement.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product pricing daily, managing price changes via Pricebook, cooler pricing, white tag items, and product tag numbers; track updated and discontinued products.
• Maintain a clean, appealing store environment with well-stocked, high-quality merchandise; update inventory pricing including any markup or markdown adjustments.
• Order merchandise from various suppliers, receive and check-in vendor shipments, and return guaranteed items weekly. Manage stock placement and control backstock levels efficiently.
• Monitor product expiration dates to ensure freshness; rotate stock accordingly. Create innovative merchandise displays and organize products following vendor guidelines.
• Manage price books, maintain Product Look-Up (PLU) codes, signage, and display materials.
• Perform general clerk duties as outlined in the clerk role description.
