Store Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Store Executive to manage and oversee inventory operations accurately and efficiently at our Bengaluru location. The candidate will be responsible for handling materials, inventory tracking, and documentation in line with company standards and ISO requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed and precise records of all raw materials, consumables, tools, spare parts, and finished products.
• Coordinate activities related to material receipt, inspection, storage, and issuing.
• Implement FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) procedures where applicable.
• Monitor inventory movements and ensure records are updated in SAP systems.
• Manage inward and outward material transactions efficiently.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of materials.
• Identify and rectify stock discrepancies by initiating necessary corrective actions.
• Keep store records compliant with ISO standards and prepare documentation for audits.
• Assist with ISO surveillance and certification audits, conducting cycle counts and physical stock verification regularly.
• Reconcile physical stock with system inventory and support both internal and external inventory audits.
• Analyze inventory variances and suggest corrective measures accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient with SAP inventory management systems.
• Good understanding of inventory principles such as FIFO and FEFO.
• Keen attention to detail for maintaining accurate store records.
• Familiarity with ISO audit processes and documentation requirements.
• Ability to perform physical stock counts and verify inventory accuracy.

Additional Information

• Monthly salary range between 25000 and 28000 INR.
