Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Executive for Superflow Pumps Pvt. Ltd., located in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. Ideal candidates should have prior exposure to centrifugal pumps, valves, mechanical seals, heavy engineering, or manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and stock control.
• Manage material inward and outward processes, including receipt, issuance, and returns.
• Validate materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
• Maintain all documentation such as GRNs, stock registers, and material issue slips accurately.
• Issue materials to production based on approved requirements.
• Ensure appropriate identification, tagging, storage, and use of FIFO methods for materials.
• Conduct physical stock checks regularly and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate effectively with Purchase, Production, Quality, Planning, and Accounts teams.
• Monitor pending material deliveries to guarantee timely availability.
• Keep detailed records of damaged, rejected, surplus, and slow-moving inventory.
• Prepare and share inventory reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Maintain store documentation adhering to ISO audit standards and implement 5S and safety protocols.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in store or inventory management.
• Preferably experienced in pump manufacturing, valves, mechanical seals, or heavy engineering sectors.
• Familiar with engineering materials such as castings, forgings, shafts, impellers, bearings, mechanical seals, motors, fasteners, and related pump components.
• Good understanding of GRN, Material Issue Slips, Stock Registers, and Delivery Challans.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office suite.
• Knowledgeable in ERP systems like SAP, Tally, BUSY, or other inventory management software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Applicants with experience managing manufacturing stores independently are encouraged to apply.
