Job Overview
We are seeking a Store Executive to manage and oversee material handling activities at our facility in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role involves receiving goods, verifying quantities, issuing materials to various departments, and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive incoming goods and confirm accuracy of quantities against purchase orders or delivery notes.
- Distribute materials to respective departments as required, ensuring precise tracking and documentation.
- Regularly monitor material inventory levels, maintaining minimum stock thresholds to avoid shortages.
- Maintain accurate records and update ERP systems for all transactions and stock movements.
Skills and Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication to manage documentation and correspondence.
- Experience using ERP software for inventory and materials management.
- Mechanical Engineering background preferred to understand storing and handling of technical items.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is INR 25,000 to INR 35,000.
