Job Overview
The Store Executive position involves engaging with customers warmly and offering assistance in a professional manner. This role requires understanding customer requirements to suggest appropriate products, striving to meet personal and store-wide sales objectives, and ensuring the store's presentation is appealing and orderly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide helpful, courteous service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant items accordingly.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales goals individually and for the store.
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising strategies.
- Keep the store clean and organized for a pleasant shopping environment.
- Oversee stock quantities and collaborate with the store manager to replenish inventory as needed.
- Participate in stocktaking activities and assist in inventory audits.
- Advertise current promotions, discounts, and newly launched products to customers.
- Follow all company-established policies and procedures diligently.
