KisanVeda (Kisan Bazaar) is a retail outlet specializing in organic and farm-fresh products located in Athwa, Surat. Their offerings include A2 Gir cow milk, Bilona ghee, spices, millets, cold-pressed oils, rice, and various other natural products.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers, provide explanations about the products, and assist them in making purchases.
• Handle billing transactions and manage cash and UPI payment records accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify items that are low in stock, and notify management for timely reordering.
• Recognize the preferences and needs of regular customers; take orders via phone or WhatsApp.
• Maintain the store's cleanliness, neatness, and organization; regularly check product expiration dates and quality.
• Assist with packing and preparing orders for home delivery as required.
• Provide a concise daily report on sales and stock status during store closing.

Requirements

• Completion of 12th grade or graduation; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in retail or grocery stores is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficient communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
• Basic familiarity with mobile or computer-based billing systems.
• Attributes such as honesty, punctuality, and a commitment to a long-term position.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The store operates from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Compensation ranges from Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 16,000 per month, depending on experience. The role includes a probation period lasting between one to three months, followed by a salary review upon confirmation.
