Store Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Store Executive to oversee daily store functions at our Bengaluru location. The ideal candidate will handle sales management, maintain inventory records, ensure the store environment is clean and organized, and deliver excellent support to customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all sales activities within the store on a daily basis.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels consistently.
• Ensure the store premises remain tidy, clean, and well-arranged.
• Organize and implement promotional initiatives such as events and book fairs.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, providing relevant assistance.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and support customer needs.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of sales transactions and stock availability.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient in reading and speaking English for effective customer communication.
• Possess fundamental computer skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to boost sales.
• Able to manage store operations independently with minimal supervision.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.

Additional Details

Candidates located within a 5-kilometer radius of Rachnit Books on Chikkabellandur Main Road, Bengaluru, will be given preference.

Fixed monthly salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹16,000.
