Store Executive

Overview and Job Responsibilities

This position requires comprehensive expertise in furniture raw materials such as plywood, MDF, laminate, and hardware. The candidate will be responsible for managing stock movements including inward and outward transactions, maintaining accurate daily stock records, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Key Duties

• Maintain complete knowledge of key furniture raw materials (Plywood, MDF, Laminate, Hardware).
• Oversee the inward and outward flow of stock items and update daily stock registers accordingly.
• Execute daily entries for purchases, Goods Received Notes (GRN), and stock details using MS Excel and Tally Prime software.
• Perform size and square footage calculations (Length x Width) for inventory items.
• Monitor minimum stock levels vigilantly and notify the Purchase Department when replenishment is needed.
• Conduct physical stock verifications weekly and monthly to reconcile actual stock against system records.
• Distribute materials to production or carpenter teams and document the issued materials.
• Compile and submit daily and weekly stock reports to management.
• Ensure the store area remains clean, properly labeled, and well organized at all times.
