As a Store Crew member, you will engage directly with customers, support daily store operations, and contribute to a friendly and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash register and fuel transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock shelves to ensure the store is always welcoming.
- Prepare food items safely and ensure compliance with health regulations, including making coffee specialties.
- Promote the store's rewards loyalty program to customers.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to exceed customer service expectations.
- Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
- Willingness to learn proper food preparation and safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail in cash and fuel operations.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail setting.
