As a Store Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and contributing positively to your store and local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash and fuel transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and perform stocking duties.
- Prepare food safely and adhere to foodservice standards when assigned to food preparation tasks.
- Create a friendly atmosphere fostering enjoyable interactions with customers and staff.
Qualifications and Skills
- A positive mindset and willingness to learn through our comprehensive training programs.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment that is always ready for customers.
- Ability to prepare food items following health codes and customer expectations, including popular beverages like coffee.
- Proficiency in cash handling, promoting loyalty programs, and managing fuel sales.
- Capability to multitask effectively, perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
