Role Overview

The Store Crew position offers an entry-level opportunity with flexible shifts designed to accommodate your lifestyle. Duties include handling cash transactions, managing fuel sales, cleaning, stocking shelves, food preparation, and ensuring food safety standards in foodservice roles. While experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is advantageous, it is not mandatory. With a positive attitude, comprehensive training programs will equip you to succeed and excel in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and foster friendly interactions within the store environment.
• Perform cash handling and fuel transaction duties accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store to ensure it remains customer-ready at all times.
• Engage in stocking and inventory tasks to keep shelves properly supplied.
• Conduct food preparation and adhere to proper food safety protocols, including preparation of beverages like coffee.
• Promote the store's rewards loyalty program to customers during transactions.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Demonstrate enthusiasm for exceeding customer expectations with every visit.
• Commit to upholding store cleanliness and maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Ability to perform multi-tasking activities including frequent bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Adhere strictly to health code guidelines relevant to store operations.
• Excellence in managing cash and fuel transaction procedures.
