Role Overview

The Store Crew position is an entry-level role designed to accommodate varied schedules that fit your lifestyle. Key duties include managing cash handling, processing fuel transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, restocking products, and for specific foodservice positions, food preparation and safety compliance. While prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or food service is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. We focus on cultivating a positive attitude and comprehensive training to prepare you for success in this role.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Deliver outstanding customer service by consistently exceeding expectations.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment that is always ready for customers.
• Prepare and properly present food items, including specialty coffee beverages.
• Accurately handle cash and fuel transactions while promoting the store’s loyalty rewards program.
• Adhere strictly to health code regulations.
• Perform physical tasks involving frequent standing, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
