Role Overview

As a Store Crew member, you'll join an entry-level team with flexible schedules designed to accommodate your lifestyle. Typical responsibilities include cash handling, fuel sales, cleaning, stocking, and for some foodservice roles, preparing food safely and with care. While prior experience in cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice is advantageous, a positive attitude and willingness to learn through our training programs will equip you to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service during cash and fuel transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards to keep the store customer-ready.
• Handle food preparation and presentation, including making popular beverages like coffee.
• Promote and support the store's rewards loyalty program.
• Adhere to all food safety and health code regulations.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
