Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will hold an entry-level position encompassing tasks such as cash handling, processing fuel transactions, cleaning, and restocking merchandise. Certain foodservice crew members are also involved with food preparation and ensuring food safety compliance. Beyond the duties, you will experience a supportive team environment and engaging customer interactions. Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is advantageous but not mandatory since comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage cash registers and fuel transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to ensure the store is welcoming and safe for customers.
• Prepare and present food items, including coffee, adhering to food safety standards.
• Promote customer loyalty programs and deliver outstanding service to exceed expectations.
• Perform physical tasks including frequent bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
