Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Retail Store Coordinator to join our Leamington, Ontario store. This position demands leadership skills to inspire and guide the team in delivering exceptional customer service within a lively and fast-paced store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance operational efficiency including visual merchandising, customer service excellence, backend operations, and merchandise management.
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment within the team, maintaining superior store operational standards.
• Organize, prioritize, and oversee daily activities, fostering teamwork and providing training on customer service and operational policies.
• Coach team members on effective merchandise presentation and customer engagement to continuously improve service delivery.
• Develop visually appealing merchandise displays that strengthen the store's brand and enhance customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service, with solid understanding of customer expectations and store operations.
• Demonstrate a collaborative approach that promotes positive team dynamics and effective cooperation.
• Efficiently juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment, adapting swiftly to new challenges.
• Exhibit strong communication abilities coupled with excellent time management skills to ensure clear team interactions and effective prioritization.
